the living spaces
the circulatory heart of the home, bridging the formal and private zones.
the common living areas were reimagined as a series of fluid intersections. these spaces act as bridges, facilitating a seamless transition between the house's storied 19th-century bones and the modern extensions that house its private functions.
each room is defined not by walls, but by the material shifts—from original mahogany parquetry to hand-applied plaster—creating a dialogue between the home's historic origins and contemporary minimalism.
